Think C&B is just about the money?
Let me share my most rewarding moment during my long journey in C&B.
Late 2022: crunching data for our Q4 Global HR Dashboard, a year after our Global Reward & Recognition launch.
Then it hit me. My heart jumped.
30,000 awards, 90% small gestures ... spread from factory floor to remote sales offices, across all 40+ countries.
One program, one tool, with locally relevant amounts, a simple process for small awards – to deliver on the spot.
This program encouraged peers and managers to shine a light on an individual or a team. It recognizes those who embodied our values or went the extra mile – anywhere.
Compared to big C&B budget items, this dwarf planet "Pluto" created an astronomical sense of belonging. Colleagues felt seen, like stars. I still see their LinkedIn posts shine with pride.
That smile every 15 minutes, somewhere. Priceless for me!
